1. Permitted Use of Demo Tracks

Personal & non-commercial listening license

• Poprai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to Demo Tracks for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may share links to Demo Tracks or short preview clips for promotional, editorial, or review purposes provided proper attribution is included (see Attribution below).
• Any commercial use — including but not limited to sale, licensing, public performance for profit, synchronization in commercial videos, or resale — is prohibited unless you receive prior written permission from Poprai.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

• The Demo Tracks remain the sole property of Poprai and/or Poprai’s licensors.
• You must not:
• Claim ownership of Demo Tracks or remove existing copyright notices;
• Sell, distribute, remix, or create derivative works for commercial distribution without written permission;
• Use Demo Tracks in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Attribution

If you repost or share Demo Tracks (or short excerpts) publicly, please credit as follows:

“Poprai — Official Demo (from Poprai.com)”

4. Downloads, Availability & Use

• Demo Tracks are provided "as is" and may be updated, replaced or removed at Poprai's discretion.
• Downloaded files may be subject to technical limitations (quality, format). Poprai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all devices.

5. User Submissions

If you submit any content to the Site (comments, messages, or uploaded material), you represent that you own the rights to it and grant Poprai a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site. Poprai may remove user submissions at any time.

6. Intellectual Property
